HOW TO CONNECT VX1 REMOTE TO FOCBOX UNITY
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONNECTING VX1 REMOTE
The Focbox Unity Dual Motor ESC for electric skateboards comes with a PPM cable standard in the box. This included cable is suitable for connecting most VESC compatible Remote Controller Receivers to the Focbox Unity via PPM.
We recommend using PPM as it is simple & reliable.
NOTE: You may also use UART to connect the VX1 Remote. These instructions below are suitable for PPM configuration only.
WIRING DIAGRAM FOR CONNECTING VX1 REMOTE TO FOCBOX UNITY
The wire connected to the Receiver PCB must be glued with hot glue to ensure a reliable & robust connection.
The blue wire shown in the diagram is not included with the focbox unity. Any wire is suitable, we recommend using a jumper cable & apply a dab of glue to help secure wire.
